Opened in Seattle's Magnolia Village, NBHD Wine & Market is a neighborhood wine bar and market created by owners Teddi and Patrick as the realization of a long-held vision. Rooted in the intimate wine bars and small wineries of White Salmon, Washington, where Teddi grew up, the concept translates that sense of warmth and familiarity into an everyday gathering place for the surrounding neighborhood. Designed around connection and discovery, the space brings together local wines, home goods, and a casual food program in a setting built for lingering rather than passing through. For La Union Studio, the project was an opportunity to support a first-time hospitality concept from its earliest stages through permitting, helping a neighborhood business take shape in the community it serves.
