The Cruz Townhouse Remodel was a comprehensive kitchen, living and bathroom refresh to the sanctuary of a long-time Seattle-area family friend of ours who asked us to design a sanctuary to retire in. After a lifetime career in healthcare taking care of others, it was time for the universe to return the favor. By removing the demising walls between the kitchen, dining and living spaces, we created a seamless program that felt more connected and intentional, utilizing their proximity to each other to transform the space into one cohesive aesthetic.
