A flexible, people-first headquarters in Seattle, The Vida Agency’s new office reflects values-driven growth—bringing strategy, culture, and community together in a space designed for connection and inclusive storytelling.

La Union Studio partnered with The Vida Agency to design their new headquarters as a physical expression of the firm’s next chapter—one rooted in people-first values, cultural awareness, and intentional growth. After eight years of expanding their team, impact, and community partnerships, TVA made a purposeful move from Edmonds to Seattle, placing themselves closer to their clients, collaborators, and core neighborhoods of influence. The new office is conceived as a flexible, collaborative environment that supports connection, idea-sharing, and cross-cultural storytelling, aligning space with mission as the agency continues to evolve.
More than a workplace, the headquarters functions as a creative engine and community hub—reflecting who TVA is and who they are becoming. As one of Inc. Magazine’s fastest-growing private companies, TVA understands that environment matters: culture is shaped not only by people, but by the spaces that bring them together. Designed to balance functionality with identity, the office reinforces TVA’s commitment to curiosity, inclusivity, and adaptive communication, creating a home where strategy, culture, and community meet. For La Union Studio, the project celebrates the kind of values-driven growth that deepens impact while staying grounded in purpose.
