2024 HIGHLIGHTS
Grand Opening of Our New HQ
We celebrated a major milestone this year with the grand opening of our brand new headquarters! This space, designed with creativity and collaboration in mind, serves as a hub for our team and a welcoming environment for our clients. We were honored to commemorate the opening with Seattle Mayor Bruce Harrell and representatives from the Seattle Office of Economic Development, Grow America, and JPMorgan Chase. This marked an exciting new chapter for La Union Studio, and we're thrilled to continue growing and serving our community from this inspiring space. A big thank you to our incredible team, clients, and partners for their support throughout this process.
Launch of Our 2nd Business: Emblem Skincare!
This year, we expanded our passion for design beyond interiors and architecture with the launch of Emblem Skincare! Founded by our very own Sonia-Lynn Abenojar, a licensed esthetician, Emblem offers personalized acne and corrective skincare services. Emblem Skincare is the Pacific Northwest’s newest go-to acne and corrective skincare studio, dedicated to helping clients achieve healthy, radiant skin. We're thrilled to offer this new service and expand our commitment to enhancing well-being through design and care.
Expanding Our Residential Services
We were incredibly blessed this year to expand our services and welcome homeowners into the La Union Studio experience! We expanded our residential design offerings, providing a full white-glove service that guides clients through every step of their dream home journey. Whether it’s a kitchen remodel, a home extension, or building a new home from scratch, our team guarantees a seamless and enjoyable experience from concept to completion. We're so grateful for the opportunity to bring our passion for design to the homes and families we serve!
MWBE Certification
We’re proud to announce that this year, La Union Studio became certified as a Minority/Women's Business Enterprise (MWBE) by Washington State OMWBE. This certification underscores our commitment to diversity and excellence in the design community.
Monograph's 2024 Best of Project Management Award
La Union Studio is proud to be a recipient of Monograph’s 2024 Best of Project Management Award for Architecture & Engineering. With over 1200 design studios across the country utilizing Monograph to manage their projects and business operations, we’re among the top being recognized for our efficiency and effectiveness in our project management. We are so grateful for this recognition and look forward to continuing to exceed expectations in all aspects of our work!

We're grateful for the opportunity to showcase our services and tell our story on HAVEN's platform.
KOMO News: Interview on ARC Seattle
In April, La Union Studio, along with representatives from the Office of Economic Development and Grow America, was invited by ARC Seattle to discuss the new Business Community Ownership (BCO) Fund. This funding is the nation's first property ownership program, which helps small businesses combat displacement.
